Booking and pricing
I provide 50 minute sessions and 15 minute free phone consults.
Individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes and 80 dollars per session. I only do self-pay and I do not currently take insurance.
You won’t be charged when you book, and you’re free to adjust or cancel if something changes. I know life happens.
Not sure whether to book a full session or a consult?
If you already feel ready to begin counseling, a full session is usually the best place to start.
My goal is to make these calls relaxed and low pressure. There’s no expectation to decide anything right away, and no pressure to schedule if it doesn’t feel right.
What to Expect in the First Session
Your first session is designed to feel steady, supportive, and paced around what feels comfortable for you. My goal is simply to understand what’s been going on, without pressure to have everything figured out.
Here’s a general structure we often follow, though we stay flexible based on what you need that day:
Discuss what’s been going on
We talk about your stressors, routines, habits, and anything that feels heavy or confusing.Identify a few areas to focus on
Together, we explore what you’d like to get out of therapy and outline a few directions that feel meaningful for the next couple of months.Explore a practical plan that fits your life
We look at what feels manageable within your energy, responsibilities, and day-to-day demands, and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic for you.
Many people share that they feel a sense of relief simply from having space to talk openly and feel understood, sometimes for the first time in a while.
About Me
I’ve worked with many adults across Florida who felt overwhelmed by stress, digital habits, or ADHD and wanted a calm, nonjudgmental space to think things through.
Sessions are low pressure, collaborative, and focused on realistic goals, not perfection.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not sure my situation is serious enough?
Many people feel unsure about this at first. If something in your life is starting to feel heavier, harder, or more frustrating than it used to, therapy can help. You do not need to be in crisis before reaching out.
What if I don’t know how to explain what’s going on?
You don’t need the perfect words. Part of our work is slowing down, clarifying, and making sense of things together. It’s completely okay to come in unsure, scattered, or not knowing where to start. We can take it one step at a time.
Is it okay if I just want clarity and not long-term therapy?
Yes. Some people come for a few sessions to understand patterns, get grounded direction, or work through one specific concern. Others choose longer-term work. You can decide the pace and duration as you go.
Is online therapy private and confidential?
Yes. I use a fully encrypted, HIPAA-secure video platform designed specifically for mental health sessions. Your information, video, and audio are protected. You can join sessions from any private space you feel comfortable with — a home office, a quiet room at work, or even a parked car with headphones.
