Who I Am
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years pushing through stress, burnout, and uncertainty — convinced I could fix everything by working harder or staying productive.
Eventually that stopped working, and I reached a point where I felt stuck and unsure what to do next.
Slowing down, getting honest with myself, and asking for help changed more than I expected. That shift is what ultimately moved me toward this work, and it continues to guide how I show up with clients today.

How This Shapes My Work
If you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, tech-related stress, ADHD struggles, or feeling pulled in too many directions, you’re not alone. A lot of people I work with feel frustrated because they know what they want to do — but can’t seem to make it happen, no matter how hard they try.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, and build steadier ways of navigating stress.
In our sessions, we slow things down and look at what’s been feeling overwhelming, creating space to explore what clarity or direction might look like for you.
Many people find that having structured time to talk things through may help life feel a little more manageable.
What Therapy With Me Feels Like
Therapy with me is steady and unrushed. We take the pressure off and make space to sort through what’s going on, at a pace that feels workable for you.
My role is to help things feel clearer and more manageable, not heavier.
Many people appreciate having regular, structured time to talk things through and stay connected to what matters to them.

Who I Often Work With
I work especially often with adults dealing with overwhelm, digital-era stress, focus struggles, and cycles of burnout.
Many people come in feeling stretched thin, frustrated with their habits, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.
My background in tech and crisis work helps me understand what it’s like to get stuck in productivity loops, screen spirals, and the pressure to always be “on.”
Together, we explore ways of building a steadier and more grounded direction that fits your life.
A Bit More About Me
Outside of therapy, I spend time outdoors when I can, and I appreciate anything that helps life feel quieter and more grounded. You’ll also often see my dog, Chance, in my photos — he brings a calming presence to just about everything.
If You’re Considering Therapy
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. It’s completely okay to start with a simple conversation and get a sense of whether therapy feels like a good fit.
I offer in-person counseling in Gainesville and online therapy for adults anywhere in Florida.
If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck, even considering a small next step can be a meaningful place to start.

It’s a relaxed conversation where we talk about what brought you in. We then decide on goals and make a realistic plan designed to help you. You can share at your own pace.
-
You don’t need to be in crisis. If something has been feeling heavy or confusing, that’s reason enough to reach out.
-
No. Some people come for a few sessions, others prefer ongoing support. You can choose the pace and duration.
