Porn Addiction Therapy in Florida

Studies suggest that around 11 percent of men and 3 percent of women report feeling addicted to porn. You are far from alone.

I work with adults across Florida who feel stuck in porn use and want a confidential, nonjudgmental space to work on themselves.

Counseling to help you:

  • Reduce Urges

  • Improve Your Relationships

  • Rebuild Self Trust

Support when it feels out of control

Maybe one or more of these feels uncomfortably familiar.

  • “I feel ashamed afterward, then do it again anyway.”

  • “This is affecting my relationship, even if no one else knows.”

  • “I can’t trust myself, and I am not sure why this keeps happening.”

Common struggles of my clients:

  • Difficulty resisting urges

  • Feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns

  • Strain in their relationships

  • Guilt and self criticism

Whether you feel caught in an addiction or just want support with a habit that has gone too far, therapy can help.

About Joe:

Hi, I’m Joe. I specialize in helping men who feel stuck in compulsive porn use and relapse cycles.

If you feel embarrassed even being here, you’re not alone. Many men feel caught in a pattern they do not feel proud of, and where willpower alone has not been enough.

My goal is to offer a non-judgmental space where you can be honest, be held accountable, and work toward lasting change.

What we work on

  • Understanding the pattern
We look at what keeps the cycle going and what tends to trigger it.

  • Tools to reduce urges
We build practical strategies to manage cravings and interrupt the habit loop.

  • Relationships and trust
We work on honesty, communication, and rebuilding trust when porn use has affected a relationship.

  • Accountability and relapse prevention
We create a plan for high-risk moments, setbacks, and long-term change.

How People Describe Progress

Over time many people notice:

  • Less urges with better tools to ride them out

  • More self trust and less guilt

  • Healthier relationships in real life

I want therapy to become less necessary over time, because you’re building skills you can use on your own.
